12.12 Sparkling Wines + Caviar Tasting

Join us at Akin Cooperative for a guided tasting of 5 natural wines, always paired with an experience meant to ignite your senses.
Our December tasting will be paired with Bjørk Caviar.
You will receive a 2oz pour of each wine to taste. (approximately 2.5 glass of wine) + 5 Caviar bumps that will pair perfectly with the wines.
Emily Baddock, Sommelier, with be co-hosting the evening with us to dive a little deeper into what you are tasting.
Christian, owner of Bojark, will take you through each caviar, what makes them special and how they are produced.
Look forward to having you in our space and trying some of the delicious natural wines we carry at Akin Cooperative's bar.
