Inspired by a design I created some time ago titled "Chaos Is Amongst Us," symbolizing the pseudo-collapse of society in 2020 during the pandemic. The design depicted the world in flames, representing both actual fires and the spirit of despair. No need to explain the biohazard signs; if you know, you know. Originally, it was just the map, but we felt that something more was necessary. My lady suggested infusing nostalgia with originality, leading us to create an article cover that came together perfectly. When crafting the story headlines, the title "The Burning Atlas" came to me, encapsulating the essence of the times.
