Wonderwerk x Mas Vino Please Como la Flor 2023

Wonderwerk x Mas Vino Please Como la Flor is a collaborative red blend celebrating Latinidad, created by Andrea Jaramillo and Wonderwerk. The wine comprises 40% Montepulciano from Contra Costa AVA, 20% Grenache from Lodi and Madera AVAs, 15% Malbec from Madera AVA, 15% Tempranillo from Alta Mesa AVA, and 10% Mencia from Lodi AVA. Each varietal ferments separately on skins for 1-2 weeks with twice-daily punch-downs. The Montepulciano undergoes carbonic maceration. The wine ages in neutral oak for seven months and is infused with steam-distilled organic rose geranium hydrosol, creating distinctive floral aromatics.

Excellent with grilled vegetables, light salads, and California cuisine. Perfect match for paella or Mexican street tacos and fresh salsas.
